Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

In the Voronezh region, 385 apartments for orphans were purchased for 2023

Voronezh authorities have exceeded the plan for 2023 for the purchase of housing for orphans. Instead of the planned 360, 385 apartments were purchased. Artur Kuleshov, head of the regional building policy department, spoke about this live on the social network on Thursday, April 6.

It was possible to buy more housing through competitive procedures. Previously, Governor Alexander Gusev decided to allocate at least 1 billion rubles a year to social security for orphans in the Voronezh region. The price of the accommodation was calculated at market value. However, developers at the auction significantly reduce prices. Thus, it was possible to buy more apartments.

In addition, since 2022, housing certificates are issued in the Voronezh region for orphans who have families, work and are not registered with law enforcement agencies. This year, 43 housing certificates were prepared for a total of 150 million rubles.

  • Thanks to the certificate, such families have the opportunity to choose housing – to buy a two-room or three-room apartment. Moreover, you can buy housing not only in a new building. Last year we had an example when a family bought their own house, – explained Artur Kuleshov.
