In the Kaliningrad region, in the Baltiysk region, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescued fishermen stuck on a faulty boat. In total, three fishing lovers found themselves stranded on a boat in the open sea.
Rescuers from the Kaliningrad search and rescue team on the General Slybin multifunctional boat immediately moved to help.
The incident happened 11 kilometers off the coast near Baltiysk on April 8, 2023. The fishermen’s motor boat lost its course and slowly drifted out to sea.
Specialists from the Ministry of Emergency Situations took the ship that had lost its course in tow and delivered the fishermen to the port of Baltiysk. It is reported that the crew members did not require medical assistance.
Earlier, The Eastern Herald in Kaliningrad reported that in Kaliningrad it was offered to use ferries for trucks. This opinion was expressed by an initiative group of international road transport operators from the Kaliningrad region.
