Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Kremlin calls West’s allegations of Russian involvement in Pentagon leaks ‘common disease’

Secret Pentagon data on Ukraine leaked on the web is “interesting” – it is being studied and analyzed. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.

“You see, the leaks are quite interesting. They are all studied, analyzed and widely discussed. The fact that the United States has long since begun to monitor various heads of state, especially European capitals, has repeatedly surfaced and caused outrageous situations. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out,” Peskov said.

Allegations that Russia was responsible for the leak are a “common disease” in the West, a Kremlin spokesman said.

Recall that last week a batch of secret American documents on Ukraine, the Middle East and China appeared on social networks. Former Pentagon official Mick Mulroy admitted the intentional nature of the leak, as many of the documents were photographed. According to the New York Times, the leak could complicate US relations with its allies.
