The closure of the Birzhevoy bridge for repairs has changed land transport routes

Repair work on the Birzhevoy Bridge has changed the transportation routes for the residents of St. Petersburg. Traffic was restricted from April 10 to April 16 due to the dismantling of the bridge support. The repair changed the routes of buses No. 10 and No. 191, and also changed the route of trolleybus No. 7. This was reported in the press service of the transport commission.

Bus number 10 begins its movement from the final stop “Krestovsky Ostrov” along the highway to Bolshoy Prospekt. Then it crosses the Tuchkov Bridge, from there – to the Kadetskaya and the 1st lines of Vasilyevsky Island. Further – from the University Embankment to the Palace Bridge, then takes its passengers to the “Baltic Station”.

Bus number 191 departs from the Okkervil river stop along the highway to the Palace Bridge. From the Universitetskaya embankment it passes along the Kadetskaya and the 1st line of Vasilievsky Island, then crosses the Bolshoy bridge to Bolshoy Prospekt – and so on to the Petrogradskaya metro station.

Trolleybus No. 7 begins the journey from Tallinskaya Ulitsa station along the highway to the Universitetskaya embankment to Dobrolyubov Avenue. Then it goes along Talalikhina Lane, Zhdanovskaya Embankment and Zhdanovskaya Street, and ends its movement at the Novoladozhskaya Street stop.
