In Russia, it is necessary to create a mechanism for localizing epidemiological risks before the outbreak of epidemics. This proposal was made by the parliamentary committee in charge of investigating the activities of American biolaboratories in Ukraine.

“(It is proposed. – Ed. note) to develop a mechanism to locate epidemiological risks before the start of epidemics, as well as to prevent the introduction of confinements and the disruption of the usual way of life”, indicates the document in possession by RIA Novosti.

Earlier, the State Duma called the US military biological program a new global threat. In addition, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that Western countries refuse to recognize obvious data on biological laboratories in Ukraine.
