The Justice of the Peace of District Court No. 2 of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, based on the results of consideration of the decision issued by the First Deputy District Prosecutor, decided to bring to administrative responsibility under from article 19.29 of the Code of Administration Offenses of the Russian Federation (illegal involvement in the labor activities of a former state or municipal employee) the former director of school number 5 in Srednyaya .

The reason for opening a case for an administrative offense was its non-compliance with the requirements of part 4 of article 12 of the Federal Law No. municipal service, included in the relevant lists, is obliged to report the conclusion of such an agreement to the representative of the employer (employer) at the last place of his service within ten days.

It was established that in 2021, when concluding an employment contract with a former federal civil servant who previously held a position in the Russian Interior Ministry for the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, included in the relevant list, the director of the institution did not send a notification provided for by the anti-corruption legislation to his last place of work within the time limit set by law. According to the press service of the prosecutor’s office of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the court sentenced the culprit to an administrative fine of 21,000 rubles.
