The “Double Happiness” festival is scheduled to be held this year at Pskov Border Guard Square in Pskov. Dmitry Barabanov, deputy of the Duma of the city of Pskov in constituency No. 14, announced this on the airwaves of radio PLN FM (102.6 FM).
He recalled that this party for families with twins, twins and triplets was held in 2022, he received a great response. The event was held within the framework of the annual All-Russian action “Double Happiness”, which has been held since 2015 on the initiative of the club-group of parents of twins. This year, the festival is scheduled to take place in August.
Dmitry Barabanov also noted that after the reconstruction of the square under the Cozy Urban Environment program, the park is very popular with local residents.
