“Today, with a work trip to the Kaluga region, the general director of the state corporation Roscosmos Yury Borisov. We honored the memory of our great compatriot, the founder of astronautics Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky,” Shapsha said.
The program of the head of Roskomos includes not only a meeting with the governor of the Kaluga region. He will become a direct participant in the Tsiolkovsky International Film Festival, which is currently taking place in Kaluga.
