According to the doctor, many do not know about the negative properties of gel polish. People buy DIY kits or go to a salon and then develop allergies. Everything revolves around the substance “methacrylate”. Sometimes it does not dry enough under the influence of an ultraviolet lamp. Vapors from this component may make breathing difficult. This is especially dangerous for asthmatics.
The use of methacrylate is also undesirable for diabetics. The substance is often used in insulin pumps and glucose sensors. Hypersensitivity may develop.
