April 19 in the Ryazan region, traffic police raids on false numbers

On Wednesday, April 19, in the Ryazan region, traffic police officers carry out large-scale raids to suppress traffic violations related to the use of false numbers. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region.

Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate check vehicle registration in the prescribed manner.

If violations are found, motorists will be held administratively responsible.

The state traffic inspectorate of the Ryazan region reminded that driving an unregistered car is punishable by a fine of 500-800 rubles. Repeated violation threatens with a fine of 5,000 rubles or deprivation of a driver’s license for 1-3 months.

Deliberately installing false state license plates on a car is punishable by a fine of 2,500 rubles. Driving a car with false signs threatens deprivation of rights for a period of 6 months to a year.
