“Solar radiation is only good for the skin at certain times. For example, in winter it is quite possible to be in the sun from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. But in spring and summer <…> you can tan only before 11 a.m. and after 4 p.m., ”the doctor noted. During these hours, ultraviolet is produced in smaller quantities, so tanning is harmless.
The recommended time for sunbathing in the spring, according to the expert, is half an hour to an hour. Under the rays, it is better to avoid a static position. Walk, play sports or play outdoor games – this way the sun’s heat will dissipate on all exposed skin areas, making the tan even and beautiful.
