The head of the environmental center “Dront” Askhat Kayumov explained the activity of insects in Nizhny Novgorod by violations of the ecosystem.

In recent days, there have been more and more reports of unusual insects appearing on window panes and window sills in Nizhny Novgorod, which are actively seeking to enter apartments. Ecologist Askhat Kayumov explained that these are terrestrial insects, completely harmless to people and pets, because aliens feed on the sap of plants.

Under normal – normal conditions, ground bugs become food for beetles and birds, which are their natural enemies. The ecology of the modern city turned out to be more destructive for the enemies, so the insects bred. But the appearance of this type of bedbugs should not worry city dwellers. To prevent insects from entering the apartment, it is enough to install an ordinary mosquito net.
