Orel traffic police raided to identify the drunk drivers. During the verification event, they caught two offenders. One of them was told in the press service of the regional traffic police.
They caught a driver who got behind the wheel while intoxicated in the Khotynets district. He refused to submit to a medical examination. Moreover, it turned out that the man did not have a driver’s license.
The attacker was detained pending trial. His car was evacuated to a special parking lot in Orel.
State traffic inspectors note that, according to statistics, drunk driving is one of the causes of the most serious accidents. Therefore, they ask people in the area not to break the law and not to risk their lives or the lives of others.
