The Earth is currently experiencing a powerful magnetic storm. Doctors advise especially sensitive people to minimize stress and physical activity, says cardiologist Sergey Vasilyev, reports Life edition.

According to the expert, magnetic storms are a great stress for the human body. To avoid side effects of harmful external influences, the cardiologist advises drinking less alcohol, avoiding temperature changes or excessive physical activity.
