Even if you’re very busy and your day is scheduled to the minute, don’t forget a snack. But you should not use sandwiches with sausages, fries and sweets as a snack. All this, of course, is tasty, but not healthy at all. Here are some harmless ways to fight hunger:

Yes, regular green tea. A small cup of this drink dulls the feeling of hunger for several hours. Better to use loose tea. If you spend most of the day at work, you can take a drink with you in a thermos.
