Almost 12 years after the release of the fifth installment of the Final Destination franchise, Warner Bros. announced the launch of the sixth film. The film will be directed by Zack Lipowski and Adam B. Stein, with writing and executive producing by Jon Watts.
The plots of the “Final Destination” film series are built around incidents related to the death of heroes from one accident or another. The paintings are notable for epic scenes of natural and man-made disasters. Earlier, the creator of the first film, Jeffrey Reddick, told reporters that the sixth “Final Destination” will not follow the usual franchise formula, but, in general, will stick to the general premise.
Plot and casting details have yet to be revealed.
