“According to the investigation, Blinovskaya, while providing information services via the Internet, using the business splitting scheme, understated the income received and did not pay value added tax and l personal income tax for the period 2019-2021 in the total amount of more than 918 million rubles,” the ministry said in a statement.
In addition, according to the Russian Investigative Committee, the author of the Marathon of Wishes, Elena Blinovskaya, was arrested while trying to cross the border into the Russian Federation in a car she had previously rented, but she had plane tickets for a flight to another state.
At the same time, the department’s press service notes that searches are underway at the suspect’s office and home in connection with the criminal case.
