Russians advised to eat sturgeon, octopus and avocado to live long

– Published on:

Nutritionist Anton Brykin recommended that Russians eat avocados, sturgeons and octopuses for a long life.

The specialist is sure that longevity directly depends on the daily diet. Many nutrition experts point to the benefits of a seafood-rich Mediterranean diet.

“The benefits of the Mediterranean diet have been proven for a long time. It includes seafood (octopus, squid, shrimp) and fatty fish of the salmon family. These products contain a large amount of fatty acids, vitamins and minerals necessary for the body,” said doctor Brykin.

Other healthy ingredients include nuts, avocados, and seaweed. Do not forget about the importance of eating fresh vegetables, fruits and natural oils.

“A mandatory ingredient in their diet is freshly squeezed olive oil, rich in unsaturated fats,” the doctor added.

Compliance with simple rules in daily nutrition will help prevent the development of diseases dangerous to health, improve the quality of life without harm to the figure, writes R.T.
