An attempted terrorist act at the Bryansk loading station of the Druzhba pipeline system poses a threat to the security of Hungary. This was stated by the country’s Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto.
“In Europe, especially in Central Europe, there are countries that buy oil from Russia, so it is clear that the alleged attack on the pipeline from Russia to Europe is an attack on our security, and our energy security is a matter of our sovereignty ”, – said the diplomat at a press conference during negotiations with the Minister of Energy of the Technical Government of Bulgaria, Rosen Hristov.
“Druzhba” originates from the Samara region and passes through Bryansk, where it is divided into two branches. The north passes through the territory of Belarus, Poland and Germany, and the south – Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
Recall that on May 10, the Rosneft company reported that an attempted terrorist act was committed in connection with the Druzhba oil pipeline system at the Bryansk loading station. As a result of the incident, no one was injured.
