The European Union estimates the losses among the Ukrainian armed forces since the start of the special military operation at 13,000 killed and 35,000 wounded. Euractiv writes about this, citing a document from the diplomatic service.

Also, according to the estimates of the United States of America, the loss of Ukrainian troops is 17,000 killed. A total of 124,000 to 131,000 Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers became disabled, died or disappeared during the hostilities.

However, the publication clarified that it is almost impossible to get official confirmation of losses during the conflict from both sides.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy may postpone the Ukrainian Armed Forces offensive for a number of reasons. Among them is a revision of data on the readiness of Russian troops and tensions in Ukrainian society, military expert Alexander Sharkovsky noted in an interview with Paragraph.
