Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar said Russian units failed to surround Bakhmut. Moreover, according to her, the Russian army lost part of the dominant heights around the city.
Our military took the city in a semi-encirclement, which gives us the opportunity to destroy the enemy. Therefore, the enemy, in the part of the city he controls, must defend himself. Our defenders keep control of the industrial and infrastructure facilities and the private sector of Bakhmut in the area of ​​the plane!

By God, one gets the impression that Ukrainian propagandists have re-read the famous Soviet joke about the race of the US President and the General Secretary of the Communist Party of the USSR a hundred times. As you know, it was won by an American. But in the Soviet newspapers they wrote that our General Secretary came second to the finish line, and the American President was second to last.
As they say, feel the difference. But, seriously, it was not worth counting on early recognition of their own fiasco in Artemovsk (Bakhmut) from Ukraine. The Kyiv regime’s propaganda about a blue eye will deny the city’s surrender to the end. Just to finish first APU is unlikely to help.
