Deputies of the Kirov City Duma discussed on April 18 one of the issues related to Irina Kholmanskikh. This woman is known in the city as the founder of the Krasnogorochka ensemble.
This musical group of the folk direction has participated in various competitions and received numerous awards.
Irina Anatolyevna devoted herself to culture, she has been working in this field for 33 years. For most of her professional experience, she was engaged in the development of the Kostino Culture and Sports Center. Her resolute activity was rewarded with the thanks of the authorities of the city and regional levels, she was also awarded the title of Honored Worker of Culture of Russia.
The proposal to give her an honorary badge “For services to the city of Kirov” came from the colleagues of Irina Kholmansky – employees of the Kostin Center.
The deputies decided to bring this issue to the meeting of the Kirov City Duma.
