Russian military expert Viktor Litovkin said that, given the current position of Russia’s forces in relation to Ukraine, the offensive of the Ukrainian armed forces is meaningless.
According to McGregor, all Western equipment that was sent to Kiev is now in ruins due to the actions of the Russian army.
Litovkin bases his opinion on the belief that it makes no sense for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to launch a counteroffensive now.
