The United States recorded more than 210,000 cases of coronavirus infection on Sunday, the Johns Hopkins Institute reported.
The number of infected climbed to 22.4 million, and at least 370,000 people died as a result of the new virus, writes CNN .
The United States has more than 100,000 hospitalizations within 24 hours for the 40th day in a row. 129,229 hospitalizations were recorded on Sunday, according to the Coronavirus Monitoring Project.
