The Russian Ministry of Justice has declared one of the country’s most popular rappers a foreign agent. It is a legal label used against critics of the Kremlin, especially those who oppose the war in Ukraine .

Oxxxymiron , whose real name is Miron Yanovich Fyodorov , was added to the updated list of foreign agents along with four journalists and Dmitry Glukhovsky, a prominent writer.

Oxxxymiron canceled a Russian tour in protest against the war before touring Turkey, Britain, and Germany, calling his concerts “Russians against the war”.
