Cooperation of the Republic of Belarus with the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is carried out within the framework of the agreements concluded on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation.
By the way, last year Svetlogorsk, Kaliningrad region, he recalled, hosted the Union State Borders forum, attended by prominent scientists, deputies, representatives business and civil society from Russia and Belarus. In his welcome speech to forum participants, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said they should discuss important issues of interaction and strengthening the technological sovereignty of the two countries in the face of illegal sanctions and restrictions, as well as develop proposals to deepen integration construction.
