Parents of school children in St Petersburg have been warned of possible protest rallies in the city over the long weekend. Messages were sent by the class teacher in the general chat.
“We inform you that unauthorized rallies are planned in the city center during the weekend. Radical forces actively use minors for their political interests. Most often, they push young people into unauthorized rallies and demonstrations , while the real organizers themselves often remain in the shadows, ”quotes Fontanka, a teacher at one of the schools in the Primorsky district.
At another educational institution in Kupchino, parents were invited to participate in a survey. Residents of St. Petersburg were asked where their children would be from February 23 to 26.
The Primorsky district education committee and administration say such surveys were not recommended.
Earlier it was reported that the St. Petersburg prosecutor’s office was forcing schools to buy training grenades and Kalashnikov assault rifles. Models are needed for basic military training lessons.
