The fight between Magomedov and Muradov is canceled

The middleweight bout between Mahmud Muradov and Abusupyan Magomedov, which was scheduled to take place on March 11 at UFC Fight Night 221 in Las Vegas, has been canceled due to an injury to the fighter representing Uzbekistan.According to available information, Muradov injured his hand. Magomedov still remains on the tournament notice board, but he will most likely leave after his opponent is eliminated.Makhmud Muradov, 33, had a two-fight losing streak against Gerald Meershart and Kayo Borallo, while Abusupyan Magomedov, 32, made his successful UFC debut last September. KO by technical knockout in the 19th second of the first round.Recall that the main event of the UFC Fight Night 221 tournament will be a possible fight in the bantamweight division between Peter Yan and Merab Dvalishvili.
