Cristiano Ronaldo vies with Somah and Ighalo for the preeminent accolade in Asia.

The Asian Football Confederation put forward its referendum on the best player in the continent during the month of February, and Cristiano Ronaldo, the Saudi star of Al-Nasr, came at the head of the candidates.

The Portuguese star won the title of the best in February in the Saudi Roshen League, after he contributed to the last ten goals for his team, scoring eight and making two. He was also the best in the 18th round and scored the best goal in the same round.

He competes with the Don as well as Odion Ighalo; Al-Hilal player of Saudi Arabia, Omar Al-Soma; Qatari Al-Arabi player, Asou Rostom; Iraqi police player, Laba Kodjo; Al Ain Emirati professional, and Mahdi Abdul Jabbar; Bahraini Manama player.

The vote is scheduled to extend until the fifth of March, through the official website of the Confederation.
