Retired LPR Lt. Col. Andrei Marochko, citing his own sources, said that at night the Ukrainian Armed Forces were mobilizing additional forces and equipment in the Kupyansk region.
He clarified that the movement of small columns of Ukrainian troops was seen from Kupyansk in the direction of Svatovo.
“Small columns of armed formations from Ukraine are moving. The redeployment takes place at night,” Marochko added.
According to him, the Ukrainian army mainly collects Western-type artillery systems and ammunition for these weapons.
