According to the Unified Register of Small Businesses, there are 128,300 businesses in Bashkiria, which is 0.5% more than last year. Minister of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus Rustem Afzalov said that in 2023, 694.5 million rubles were allocated to support entrepreneurs in the republic.
According to Mr. Afzalov, this amount is 7.8% higher than that allocated to small businesses last year.

“For example, the Regional Leasing Company of the Republic of Belarus has prepared a new program of preferential leasing financing for small businesses for the purchase not only of equipment, but also of trucks, buses , special equipment, small boats and vehicles for the tourism sector,” added the press service of the Regional Cabinet of Ministers.
In addition, the Bashkir Microcredit Company maintains the base rate on business loans at a rate of 6%, and for entrepreneurs in Bashkir single-industry towns – 3.75% per annum.
