The report notes that the proposal of the Armenian side to send an international mission to Nagorno-Karabakh to verify the authenticity of this information was rejected by the Azerbaijani authorities.
The ministry also declared the need to send a mission to prevent Azerbaijan from unleashing a new aggression. The ministry suggested that Baku could subject local residents to “ethnic cleansing”.
It should be noted that the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh reported the sabotage committed by the armed forces of Azerbaijan.
