Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Kazan Kremlin met with the executive chairman of the energy company Maharani Energy Gateway (Malaysia) Daing A Malek bin Daing A Rakhaman. This was reported by the Rais RT press service. The head of the republic stressed that Malaysia is a reliable trading partner of Russia. This also makes it possible to extend cooperation to an interregional level. “At its level, Tatarstan is ready to promote the development of business relations,” said Rustam Minnikhanov. Rais from Tatarstan stressed that the republic is actively cooperating with Islamic countries and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. The main work is carried out by the Russian-Islamic global strategic vision group headed by Minnikhanov. It is planned that in 2023 one of the meetings will be held in Malaysia.
