The International Federation of Football (FIFA,Football,Soccer,Football,Soccer) is organizing, over the course of 5 consecutive days, ending the day after tomorrow (Friday), the activities of the fourth edition of the Women’s Leadership Program in Football, with the presence of 36 participants from the six continental federations. The program of this edition revolves around the joint initiative between FIFA,Football,Soccer,Football,Soccer and European Football Associations, which aims to support and encourage women to assume leadership positions in the world of football. Fatima Samoura, Secretary General of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA,Football,Soccer,Football,Soccer), welcomed the participants in the program, during a video speech that was broadcast in one of the program sessions. The participants in the programme, who represent the six continental federations and were nominated by their local football federations, occupy senior positions in the field of football such as general secretaries, members of executive boards and directors. Sarai Bariman, FIFA,Football,Soccer,Football,Soccer Women’s Football Officer, said:"Women play a crucial role in the success of all organisations, and the main goal of FIFA,Football,Soccer,Football,Soccer’s women’s football strategy is to push more women to the top positions in the game. Diversity creates a balance that enables us to improve and continue to progress continuously". She added: This program provides a unique platform for women leaders in football to exchange experience with other women from different parts of the world.
