And he said: "My writing of the two testimonies has been since the time of King Faisal – may God have mercy on him – in 1962, and I was the first to write that, praise be to God.".

Al-Mansouf used white dye to write at a time when technology and printing devices were absent, and he put his fingerprints on the Saudi flag.

And on March 1, 2023, the Saudi monarch, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, issued a royal decree, specifying the eleventh day of March annually as a flag day and to be an official holiday.
