Relations between Russia and China have reached an unprecedented level. This was stated by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, reports FAN.
According to him, thanks to cooperation, Russian-Chinese relations have become a pillar of global stability in the face of geopolitical tensions. This follows a congratulatory telegram sent to Colonel-General Zhang Yuxu on his reappointment as Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission of the People’s Republic of China. “Bilateral relations between our countries have today reached an unprecedented global level and have become the supporting pillar of global stability in the face of growing geopolitical tensions around the world,” the telegram reads. Earlier, FAN reported that Chinese leader Xi Jinping planned to hold online talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy . China therefore wants to underline its desire for a rapid end to the Ukrainian conflict.
