On the market of the Leningrad region, 222 items worth less than 1 million rubles went on sale in March 2023. Over the year, since March 2022, the number of such offers decreased by 38.17 %, i.e. 137 batches. This was reported by experts from the magazine “Country Review Suburban Real Estate Fair”.
The most notable reduction in these facilities occurred in the Kirishi region. In 2022, 68 houses worth up to 1 million rubles went on sale, now there are 22. The cheapest house in this area will cost 200,000 rubles. A year earlier, in the Kirishi district, it was possible to buy a private house for 140,000 rubles.
At the same time, in two districts, an increase in the number of proposals worth up to 1 million rubles was noted. In the Boksitogorsk district, the number of objects increased to nine, in Vsevolozhsk – to three.
It is worth noting that the most economical option worth 150,000 rubles is in the Volkhov district. For this money, the buyer will become the owner of a small wooden house with an area of 33 square meters and an area of 8.4 acres.
