The Ministry of Commerce and Industry stressed the need for owners of commercially licensed service villas to adhere to the commercial activities authorized to be practiced and to adhere to the general and special requirements that must be met, in order to avoid exposure to legal accountability according to the laws in force and applied in this regard. In a circular regarding regulating the practice of work in commercially licensed service villas – published on its official account on Twitter today – the Ministry indicated that the license for service villas is issued for the entire villa (voucher) and not for part of it, and the limits of the license must be adhered to and not practiced. Outside the borders of the villa, and the villa should not be directly connected to the residence, and the residence should not be part of it. She added "It is also necessary to adhere to and adhere to the type of activity that is registered in the commercial license issued for the villa, which must comply with the activities stipulated in the regulating ministerial decision, in addition to adhering to the conditions of security, safety and civil defense as determined by the competent authority, in addition to adhering to the health requirements as determined by the competent authority for some activities.".
