Rockets were launched at 10-minute intervals.
According to the Kyodo agency, citing government sources, the two missiles fell outside Japan’s exclusive economic zone.
The Japanese Coast Guard, in turn, issued a warning to fishing vessels, advising them to be alert and not approach shrapnel fragments if they found any.
