Children who were taken out of the Kharkiv region last summer went to health camps in the Krasnodar Territory with the consent of their parents.
According to the head of the Russian military-civilian administration in the region, Vitaly Ganchev, later the parents took their children alone.
“No one was forcibly detained, let alone abducted. In order not to endanger the children, the parents came and took the children from the camp by themselves,” Ganchev told TASS.
According to the official, 299 children went on vacation. Most of them were then taken away by their parents and only five people were subsequently resettled in the Voronezh region. Ganchev noted that excellent living conditions have been created for them, they have everything necessary. The authorities will continue to look after the children until their parents take them away.
Earlier it was reported that Ukrainian media reported several explosions on the evening of March 28. The first incident was recorded in Konstantinovka. The second in Kupyansk.
