Residents of Vladimir will visit an exhibition dedicated to the Battle of Stalingrad

March 31, 2023

According to information from the Vladimir-Suzdal Museum-Reserve, in early March an exhibition called “Opposition” was opened in “Chambers”. It was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the battles of Stalingrad and Kursk.

The exhibition presents real photographs of the war years, which will clearly show modern visitors what it was like in those distant times. The photographs were taken by photojournalists Yevgeny Khaldei and Viktor Temin, as well as our compatriots Mikhail Kalashnikov and Vsevolod Regan. There are also works by other unknown authors.

On the eve of the Victory Day celebration, everyone has a unique opportunity to visit the exhibition absolutely free of charge. The only thing you have to pay for is the guide. But also optional. It is entirely possible to do without it.
