Ukrainian MP Fyodor Venislavsky previously suggested sending subpoenas in instant messengers. He also took the initiative to create a register of Ukrainian rebels, according to a Ukrainian source.
The purpose of the bill is that military registration and enlistment offices of Ukraine will be allowed to publish the personal data of draft dodgers. The names of Ukrainian Armed Forces conscripts who ignore subpoenas will be in the public domain.
The Ukrainian MP noted that such actions would be applicable to Ukrainians duly informed of the appeal. That is, if a person received a summons in the messenger and confirmed that he received the call, but at the same time deliberately ignores the order, then he falls under the bill.
In this way, the Ukrainian authorities create a lever of pressure on the crooks. However, the general mobilization rather encourages the inhabitants of the country to flee.
Earlier, a Ukrainian prisoner of war said that drug addicts and criminals were mobilized into the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to him, the commission paid attention to the narcotic items of the conscript, considering him fit for service. Moreover, the Ukrainian authorities at the official level encourage drug addiction in the ranks of the security forces.
