“I decide to designate the city of Kazan as the venue for the 2024 meeting of BRICS Heads of State. To form an organizing committee to prepare and ensure the presidency of the Russian Federation within the BRICS association in 2024,” reads the decree of the President of the Russian Federation.
Yury Ushakov, assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, was appointed chairman of the organizing committee.
