October 3, 2025

Authorities in the United States of America have been preparing for any unrest that may break out in the country following the trial of former US leader Donald Trump. The corresponding statement was made by the official representative of the White House Karine Jean-Pierre.

“I’m not going to get into a discussion of what-if scenarios from here. I will say what I said last week: we are ready,” said Jean-Pierre.

The former US president has arrived at the Manhattan District Attorney’s office in New York. Trump’s arrest will last until he is charged. Trump is expected to have his fingerprints taken during his arrest. He will then be taken to court where charges will be brought against him.

Earlier, a Manhattan grand jury voted to indict former US President Donald Trump. “Paragraph” determined whether he would be sent to prison and how that would affect the upcoming election in 2024.
