The Liberal Democratic Party announced the creation of a neural network that could make decisions like Zhirinovsky. This was stated by faction leader Leonid Slutsky during his speech at a meeting of the State Duma. The initial training of the new home neural network will take place on the legacy of Vladimir Zhirinovsky. To do this, the University of World Civilizations in Moscow will digitize all its scientific works, speeches, letters, comments. After that, the Zhirinovsky algorithm will have access to up-to-date information about everything that is happening in the world.
Electronic Zhirinovsky will allow the faction to decide its general line.
