According to information received from a law enforcement source, a clash with a group of militants is taking place in the area of the anti-terrorist operation in the Malgobek district of Ingushetia. According to the interlocutor of RIA Novosti, at the moment, the security forces blocked the militants in one of the hostels in the village of Zyazikov-Yurt.
Recall that on March 27, unknown persons armed with automatic weapons attacked a traffic police station on the border of Ingushetia and North Ossetia, as a result of which two police officers were injured. Later, the body of one of the alleged attackers with gunshot wounds was found in the town of Karabulak.
In connection with these events, the regional FSB announced the search for five residents of the republic, suspected of planning terrorist attacks. On Monday afternoon, in the district of Malgobek, a shootout took place between a group of unknown persons and police officers, as a result of which one of the members of the security forces was slightly injured. From 8:00 p.m. Moscow time on Monday, the CTO diet was introduced into the territory of the Malgobek district. On Wednesday, in one of the villages of Malgobek district, one of those wanted for attacking police officers was found. An assault rifle with an under-barrel grenade launcher and four grenades were found on him.
