On Thursday, April 6, members of the Legislative Assembly debated 23 federal bills in a special session. Thus, through online voting, parliamentarians supported 19 of the documents considered
The presented regulatory legal acts related to amendments to the land, forest, labor and tax codes of the Russian Federation, the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, laws on veterans, on industrial policy, on security fire, responsible animal handling, production and consumer waste, environmental protection, plant quarantine, additional state support measures for families with children. For example, the deputies approved a bill on the adaptation of article 8 of the federal law “On additional guarantees of social assistance to orphans and children left without parental care” in terms of the transfer of the right to provide housing for family members of a person who died in the SVO among orphans.
In addition, the parliamentarians supported the amendments to article 31 of the federal law “Charter of motorized transport and electric mountain transport”, which provides for the delimitation of the object of federal, regional and municipal control with regard to compliance with the payment procedure for the passage of vehicles on toll roads. The amendments provided for in Article 6 of the Federal Law “On Fire Safety” and Article 97 of the Federal Law “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation” have also received a positive assessment from politicians, in accordance with which permanent federal state fire supervision will be established at critical facilities.
ZSK Chairman Yuriy Burlachko said that each of the considered bills was the result of long and painstaking work by the developers. According to the politician, all regulations are aimed at improving legal relations in areas that are important for state institutions and Russian society. The MP added that the decisions taken during the extraordinary session were balanced, justified and considered. Yuriy Burlachko summarized that in evaluating each draft law, Kuban parliamentarians were guided exclusively by the interests of voters.
