The authors of the tape previously coordinated the filming with the parliament of St. Petersburg. In a letter to its president Alexander Belsky, they pointed out that the exteriors of the palace make it possible to fully reveal the image of the characters in the film, and also to show the viewer the beauty of the historical center of the city.
