Bulgarian-Russian pop singer Bedros Kirkorov, who turned 90 last year, has filed for divorce. This is reported by the NTV channel with reference to the artist himself.
It is noteworthy that the People’s Artist of Russia and Lyudmila Smirnova, who have an age difference of 18 years, have been married since 1997, but recently the couple even lived in different cities. According to the channel, Lyudmila returned to Veliky Novgorod, while Bedros remained in Moscow.
This is the artist’s second marriage. His first wife, Victoria, the mother of famous pop singer Philip Kirkorov, died, leaving the singer a widower. According to the source, the reason for the divorce was the 90-year-old artist’s new romance. The identity of Kirkorov Sr.’s new lover has not yet been revealed.
