Better services, added the SAI to return to work in the center on Thursday, April 13. The Civil Service Bureau affirmed its endeavor to contribute to improving the experience of the public and auditors with government service centers through this initiative. The Civil Service Bureau recently announced the development of the “Sharek” platform, in cooperation with “Sprinkler”, as a technological platform to provide a unified digital experience for citizens through government agencies that provide services. Through its mission, the Bureau seeks to improve the experience of customers with the government to broad horizons, as it has established a center of excellence for the experience of citizens and other service recipients by benefiting from the expertise and professional services of “Sprinkler”. The new Center of Excellence in Services serves the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030 and is a national strategy that focuses on building a competitive government that has the ability to measure and monitor its public services and improve their quality. The Center of Excellence also meets the needs of citizens and residents in the State of Qatar through quick and personal interaction with government agencies through various digital communication channels.
